🧰 Your Own Tool Setup
Candidates must bring their own professional tool setup. A tech who takes pride in their equipment is a tech we want on our floor.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Diagnose and repair vehicles across Ford’s full lineup — from the F-150 and Super Duty to the Bronco, Escape, and Explorer.
- Communicate repair details to customers in plain language — keeping trust high and surprises low.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure every job stays on track, every advisor stays informed, and every vehicle leaves better than it arrived.
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace and uphold the standards that have kept Putnam County drivers coming back for over 42 years.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $15–$50/hr based on experience and certifications
- Benefits: Available — ask during your interview for full details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (rotating Saturdays)
- Location: 201 Orchard Park Road, Hurricane, WV — right off I-64 Exit 34

Do I need prior Ford experience to apply?
No. We welcome trained professionals and beginners alike. If you’re a beginner with the right work ethic, we will train you to become a certified Ford technician.
What’s the pay range for Service Technicians?
$15–$50 per hour based on experience, certifications, and specialization. Transmission Technicians and Master Techs fall toward the higher end of that range.
Are Transmission Technicians in high demand here?
Yes — specifically. We are actively recruiting Qualified Transmission Technicians and will compensate accordingly.
What are the service department hours?
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM with rotating Saturday schedules.
